Alonze 50EC is a powerful, broad-spectrum insecticide, miticide, and nematicide formulated to deliver fast and reliable control of some of the most damaging pests affecting edible crops and ornamental plants. Powered by Abamectin 50 g/L, Alonze 50EC works through contact and translaminar action, ensuring effective control of pests feeding on both the surface and within leaf tissues.

Alonze 50EC is highly effective against red spider mites, thrips, leafminers, and root-knot nematodes, pests known to cause significant yield losses and cosmetic damage to crops. Once applied, the active ingredient penetrates the leaf surface and targets hidden pests, making it especially effective against insects that are difficult to reach with ordinary contact sprays. This makes Alonze 50EC an excellent choice for integrated pest management (IPM) programs.

The active ingredient Abamectin, from the avermectin group, acts as a nerve poison, disrupting nerve-to-nerve and nerve-to-muscle communication in pests. Affected insects become paralyzed, stop feeding almost immediately, and die within a few days. This mode of action ensures rapid reduction of pest populations while minimizing further crop damage.

Alonze 50EC is formulated as an Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC), making it easy to mix and apply using standard spraying equipment. For foliar application, mix 3 ml per 20 litres of water and apply at the first signs of pest infestation. For best results, repeat application after 7 days, with a maximum of three applications per crop cycle. The product has a re-entry interval of 12 hours, allowing safe return to treated fields once sprays have settled.

For nematode control, Alonze 50EC can be applied through soil treatment. Mix the insecticide evenly with fine dry soil, apply into the planting trench or around the planting area, and cover with topsoil. This method helps reduce nematode populations around the root zone, protecting crops from root damage and improving overall plant vigor.
